is a Malta (EU) based Excellence Consulting Bureau,
dedicated to driving excellence & innovation in organizations through the
provision of relevant, multidisciplinary, high-quality technical consulting,
research and training services.
Our

The origins of MECB trace back to 1991, when its founder
Dr Jonathan C. Borg started providing freelance consultancy services. Since
commencing these services, we have seen our clients go crazy in trying to
increase and even maintain their relevant market share. Many were confused from
where to start, what techniques and methods to use, how to proceed, how to fund
their activities, whom to involve and how to coordinate the tasks involved. In
this scenario, Dr Borg spotted an opportunity - that of helping companies
improve their competitive advantage by improving their relevant performance
measures such as cost, time, quality and flexibility.
This eventually led to the formation of MacDAC Engineering Consultancy Bureau
(MECB) Ltd. MECB's job has thus increasingly become that of helping its 'partner clients' improve
their performance measures such as cost, time, quality and flexibility through
the exploitation of relevant technologies & methodologies and where
appropriate, through EU Funding mechanisms and opportunities.
MECB has
also a track record reputation as a reliable partner for international projects
- it has successfully contributed its expertise to a range of EU projects including Grundtvig Multilateral, Leonardo da
Vinci Development and Transfer of Innovation projects and Grundtvig Learning
Partnerships. Based on this positive experience, MECB can partner with you to
